Every cleaning job through Nest and Nurture Society runs on the same fair-pay model, wherever you are in Melbourne. The customer pays a minimum of $70/hr. The business keeps a flat $20/hr, never a percentage. The cleaner takes home the rest, which is a minimum of $50/hr. On Airbnb and short-stay work, the customer pays a minimum of $80/hr and the cleaner takes home a minimum of $60/hr.
