What Nest & Nurture Society Is
Nest & Nurture Society is a platform business built on a single principle: the person doing the work should keep most of what the client pays. Not a percentage. Not whatever is left after an agency takes its margin. Most of it.
We operate across three verticals -- home cleaning, in-home childcare and in-home aged care -- and we are building more. Each one targets the same structural problem: an industry where clients overpay and workers are underpaid, because an agency sits in the middle taking the difference.
Our model is a flat $20 per hour platform fee across every service. The client pays a fair rate. The worker keeps the rest. We handle client acquisition, matching, scheduling, payments and compliance so the worker can focus on the work.
Every service on the platform is verified, insured and structured. Fixed pricing. GPS clock-in. Wednesday payouts. The same four pillars, rebuilt for each vertical.

Nest & Nurture Society is building a single platform engine that can be deployed across any home service vertical. The compliance requirements change. The service type changes. The four pillars -- verified professionals, fixed pricing, GPS clock-in and Wednesday pay -- do not.
