Where do you currently clean?

We are live in Ballarat and surrounding suburbs and are expanding as fast as we can bring on the right cleaners. Enter your postcode on the Check My Area page to see if we are in your area yet. If we are not there, you can join the waitlist and you will be the first to know when we open near you.

How much does a clean cost?

Every service shows its full price before you book - there are no hidden fees or surprise charges. Add-ons like laundry, linen, walls and windows are priced clearly as you add them, and your total is shown before payment.

Why is there sometimes a short-notice charge?

Bookings within 48 hours include a short-notice rate, and bookings within 24 hours a little more, because we are arranging a cleaner at short notice. The amount is always added to your total and shown before you pay, so you are never charged anything you have not seen.

Who are your cleaners?

We work with experienced, vetted cleaners who follow a clear service system so every visit is completed with care and consistency. Every service is covered by 20 million dollars in public liability insurance.

How do I pay?

Payment is by card at the time of booking, processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Yes. Contact us as early as you can and we will move your booking to a time that suits. For cancellations and our refund terms, see our Terms of Service.

What if my cleaner cannot make it?

Occasionally a scheduled cleaner may become unavailable. If that happens we will do everything we can to send a replacement straight away. If we cannot, the choice is yours - a replacement cleaner on another day that suits you, or a full refund, no questions asked. You are never left stranded and never out of pocket.

Do I need to provide anything?

For most cleans, no. If you book the in-home laundry add-on you will need a working washing machine and dryer. For linen changes, please have fresh linen set out. Any specific requirements are shown when you book.

How do I become a cleaner?

We are always looking for great cleaners. Visit our Apply page to register your interest. We offer transparent pay, consistent work and weekly payment every Wednesday.
