Terms of Service

These terms apply to cleaning services booked through Nest and Nurture Society ("we", "us", ABN 73 658 665 321). By booking a service you agree to these terms.

Our services

We arrange residential cleaning services performed by experienced, vetted cleaners. The scope of each service is described on the relevant service page at the time of booking. Availability depends on whether your area is serviced and whether a cleaner is available for your chosen date.

Bookings and payment

The full price of your service, including any add-ons and short-notice rates, is shown before you pay. Payment is taken at the time of booking by card and is processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. Bookings within 48 hours, and within 24 hours, include a short-notice rate that is added to your total and shown before payment.

Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to change or cancel a booking, please contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to move it to a time that suits you. Cancellations made with reasonable notice are refundable. Cancellations at very short notice, or where a cleaner has already been dispatched, may incur a charge to cover the cleaner's time.

If a cleaner becomes unavailable

Occasionally a scheduled cleaner may become unavailable. If that happens we will do everything we can to send a replacement straight away. If we cannot, the choice is yours - a replacement cleaner on another day that suits you, or a full refund, no questions asked. You are never left stranded and never out of pocket.

Your responsibilities

To help us deliver a great clean, please provide safe access to your home at the booked time and let us know of anything we should be aware of. For the safety of our cleaners, anxious or aggressive pets must be secured during the visit. Some add-ons have specific requirements (for example, the in-home laundry service requires a working washing machine and dryer), which are shown when you book.

Insurance and liability

Every service is covered by 20 million dollars in public liability insurance. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-performing the service or refunding the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
