Nest and Nurture Society ("we", "us", ABN 73 658 665 321) respects your privacy and handles your personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
When you book a service or apply to work with us, we collect information you provide such as your name, email address, phone number, service address and booking details. When you pay, your card payment is processed by Stripe; we receive confirmation of payment but do not store your full card number.
How we use your information
We use your information to arrange and deliver your cleaning service, to match jobs to cleaners, to process payments and payouts, to send booking and service updates, and to respond to your enquiries. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers we use
We share information only as needed with trusted providers who help us run the service: Stripe (secure payments and cleaner payouts), Supabase (secure data hosting), and Resend (transactional email). The cleaner assigned to your booking receives the details needed to complete the job, such as your address and any access notes.
Data security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
