Before you apply

We require these documents to verify your qualifications and keep the people we serve safe. Have everything ready before you start -- the application takes about 15 minutes.

Required for all applicants

• - Current CV / Resume (PDF or Word)
• - Qualification certificate -- Cert III Individual Support (Ageing) or above
• - National Police Check -- issued within the last 3 months
• - NDIS Worker Screening Check -- current and valid
• - First Aid & CPR certificate -- current
• - Flu vaccination certificate -- current season
• - COVID vaccination certificate
• - Photo ID -- front and back of drivers licence or other photo ID
• - A selfie -- for identity verification
• - Public liability insurance certificate -- minimum $5M cover
• - An ABN -- you work as an independent contractor
• - Two references -- from aged care or health roles

Additional for Enrolled and Registered Nurses

• - AHPRA registration certificate -- current and valid
