Before you apply

We require these documents to verify your qualifications and keep the families we serve safe. Have everything ready before you start -- the application takes about 15 minutes.

Required for all carers

• - Current CV / Resume (PDF or Word)
• - Qualification certificate -- Cert III or above in Early Childhood Education
• - Working With Children Check (WWCC) -- current and valid
• - HLTAID012 First Aid certificate -- child-specific first aid
• - National Police Check -- issued within the last 3 months
• - Pertussis (whooping cough) vaccination certificate
• - Photo ID -- front and back of your driver licence or other photo ID
• - A selfie -- for identity verification against your ID
• - Right to work in Australia -- passport, citizenship certificate, or visa
  Not required if you are an Australian citizen
• - An ABN (or be willing to register for one) -- you work as an independent contractor
• - Two references -- ideally from childcare or early education roles

Additional, only for school pickup roles

• - Valid Australian drivers licence (front and back)
• - Appropriate vehicle -- families supply child restraints
