Transparent Pay
What We Pay
Every job type we book, with the real take-home rate per hour -- calculated directly from the booking price, not a rounded marketing figure.
Flat $20/hr fee on every job, never a percentage. The bigger or higher-rate the job, the more you keep.

Every booking has a full price the customer pays. We keep a flat $20 per hour of that -- never a percentage. Whatever is left is yours. The table below shows, for every job type on the system, the booking price, how long the job takes, and what you actually take home per hour once our flat fee comes out.

Add-ons
Extras booked alongside a main job, billed per item rather than as their own hourly booking. The business cut on add-ons is not a flat $20/hr -- it is based on how much time each add-on actually adds to the job.

Airbnb Bed Making (Per Bed)$27.50$22.50
In-Home Laundry Service$22$22
Linen Change & Bed Styling$27.50$22.50

Laundry keeps 100% -- we take nothing extra from that add-on. The rest reflect the time they add to the job.
How the flat fee works
- +You see the full booking price before accepting any job.
- +We keep a flat $20 per hour. You keep everything else.
- +The bigger or higher-rate the job, the more goes to you, not the business.
- +Pay every Wednesday, no 30-day wait.
- +No chasing clients. The customer pays before the job starts.
