Same day and next day bookings carry a 30 percent surcharge. Bookings two days out carry 15 percent. Bookings three or more days ahead have no surcharge. It is always shown in full at checkout before you confirm, never hidden, never added after.

What to book as add-ons if your property needs them

If your walls have taken significant wear, book the wall wash add-on at the same time. Wall washing is not included in the standard vacate clean. Spot cleaning is. If the agent is likely to look at the walls, do not leave this to chance. We are cleaners, not repairers. Holes in walls, damaged tiles, carpet staining from spills: those are property condition matters for the property manager, not a cleaning problem.
