Every job through Nest and Nurture Society runs on the same fair-pay model in Teneriffe as everywhere else in Brisbane. The business keeps a flat $20/hr, never a percentage, and the cleaner takes home the rest, a minimum of $60/hr on standard cleans. Same-day and priority cleans in Teneriffe charge out at a higher rate, pushing take-home well past $100/hr.
Teneriffe pay minimums
The business keeps a flat $20/hr, never a percentage. The cleaner is paid the job rate minus that flat fee.
These are minimums, not standard rates. Premium and same-day Teneriffe jobs charge out higher, and the full upside goes to the cleaner.
The work in Teneriffe
Teneriffe work is mostly apartment cleaning in the converted wool stores and newer riverside developments, with steady recurring bookings from professional renters and a smaller stream of vacate cleans as leases turn over. Airbnb demand is lighter here than in New Farm proper.

Why Nest and Nurture Society
Fair treatment of cleaners is the whole model, not a marketing line. The flat $20/hr fee means we never take a bigger cut on a higher-paying Teneriffe job, cleaners are paid every Wednesday for system-complete work, and every service runs through a structured checklist with GPS and photo proof so disputes get resolved fairly rather than falling on the cleaner.
