Nest & Nurture Little Ones
You Trained to Care for Children.
Not to Manage a Room of Eleven.
Nest & Nurture Little Ones connects qualified early childhood educators with families who want proper one-on-one care. We find the clients. You do the work you actually love.
Why Carers Leave Centres
The System Was Not Built for Children — or for You
Australian law permits one educator to every eleven children aged three and over. In under-two rooms that ratio is one to four. Many centres operate at exactly the legal minimum — and the educators who hold those rooms together are burnt out, underpaid and invisible.
You did not study early childhood education to count heads and tick compliance boxes. You trained because you understand what children need — consistency, attention, relationship. One carer who knows them. Not a rotating roster of whoever showed up that day.
Nest & Nurture Little Ones is built for the qualified educators who left — not because they stopped caring, but because the centres stopped deserving them. If that is you, this is where your skills belong.

Why Join Us
What Working with Nest & Nurture Looks Like
We are the agency that finds you the work. You are the professional who does it.
One Family. One Carer.
You are not managing a room of eleven. You are caring for one family's children — the way you always believed childcare should work.
We Find the Families
You do not advertise, chase leads or negotiate directly with parents. Nest & Nurture handles client acquisition, matching and booking. You show up and care.
Set Your Own Availability
You choose the days, hours and suburbs you work. Take on as many or as few families as suits your life. Part-time, full-time or casual — your call.
Wednesday Payouts
Clock in and out on the platform. Every Wednesday, your earnings from the week's completed sessions are paid directly to you. No chasing invoices.
Transparent Pay Rates
You see exactly what the family pays and exactly what you keep before you accept any booking. No surprises, no agency skimming your rate in the dark.
Work You Actually Chose

Who We Accept
The Standard We Hold — Because Families Deserve It
Every carer on our platform has their qualifications verified before their profile goes live. Not self-reported — verified. Families can see your compliance status when they browse your profile.
This standard protects the children in your care. It also protects you — families trust the platform because they know every carer has been properly screened. That trust is what brings them to us, and why they keep booking.
If you hold everything below, you are exactly who we are looking for.
Cert III Early Childhood Education (minimum)
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
