What Aged Care Jobs in Australia Actually Pay
Most aged care jobs in Australia pay support workers $30 to $35 per hour. The agency or approved provider charges the client $85 to $115 per hour for the same person. The gap -- $50 to $65 per hour -- goes to the agency, not the worker.
Nest & Nurture Elder Care is built on a different model. We charge a flat $20 per hour platform fee. Support workers keep $55 per hour. Enrolled Nurses keep $80. Registered Nurses keep $120. We provide the same client pipeline the agency provides. We just do not take most of the money to do it.
There is no catch. The families pay less than agency rates. The workers earn more than agency pay. The flat fee covers the platform, the matching, the booking management and the Wednesday payout. That is all it covers.

Overnight shifts: $270 to you per shift (9pm to 7am). Active care overage at your standard hourly rate -- you keep 100%.
